SHIPPING FOR BOW HOLDERS Since Bow Holders and custom made with the name or initial of your little Angel's, we need approximately 3 weeks for delivery. When order is placed online, please indicate the name or initial of your darling in the comments box. Shipping within Canada and US: $10
International Shipping: Please contact us via email to place your order so that we can offer you the best rate. We make every effort to deliver your package to you as soon as possible. However, there are some conditions which may cause delays:
- Credit Card Approval: Inconsistent credit card, billing and/or shipping information may delay your order.
- Cutoff Time: Orders received after 11:00 AM EST will be processed the following business day.
- Canada Post Service: Delivery to some destinations may take between 3 to 7 business days.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES Angellily.ca wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, and gives its customers 7 days from receipt to return or exchange your item. If you are not totally happy with your purchase, and wish to return or exchange your unworn angellily.ca merchandise you must first email us at info@angellily.ca and ship the merchandise back as soon as possible. All angellily.ca merchandise must be returned in brand-new condition with the original Angel Lily packaging, tags and the original invoice within 7 days of receipt. No item will be accepted that is not in its original condition. Angellily.ca will exchange it or credit your credit card used for the original purchase, minus the shipping fees. If you received free shipping we will deduct the actual price of shipping from your refund. Each Bow Holder we sell is custom-made to your specifications at the time of your order. If a mistake was made on our part or the item is defective, we will exchange the incorrect item for a new one. Please note that angellily.ca cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in the mail.
If you wish to make a return or exchange to angellily.ca, please follow these four easy steps: 1. Make a copy of the original invoice. 2. Indicate on the invoice whether you wish to make an exchange or receive a credit on the credit card used for the original purchase. For exchanges, please indicate on the invoice what merchandise you would like in exchange. 3. Pack and seal your return securely and include the invoice. Packages must be returned pre-paid. You can expect them to last for a long time if they are cared for like any accessory which you would put away after use. **Special Note** Take precautions to avoid getting the hair accessory wet. We use a water-based kiddie-safe non-toxic white glue to attach the velvet ribbon. This glue can dissolve and the velvet may loosen if you put them in a wet sink or if your child puts it in her mouth. ***EXTRA SPECIAL NOTE*** Please do not leave infants unattended as small parts may present a choking hazard.
